| The Rosewood Equestrian Group Float Raffle Draw was held at 10am on July 4th at the Division 10 Councillor David Pahlke’s office in the presence of Krystal Stapleton, Cheryl Bowman and Maxine Ellison, with Melissa Bell on phone. The winning ticket number was #3194 with Lindsay Kuhrt the lucky name on the ticket. The presentation of the float to Lindsay took place at Price Produce in Rosewood at 11.00 am on July 5th in the presence of Maxine Ellison, Megan Hayne, Bob Bredhauer, owner of Price Produce, and an interested audience. Lindsay, Marina and family were thrilled to win the float and only the night before thinking they would have to buy a float as the family were in desperate need of one. We would also like to thank everyone who bought tickets for your support for REG. After we paid for the float, you have helped us be over $6,000 closer to the goal of building a true multi-discipline Equine Centre of Excellence in Rosewood. We are really excited to be making great progress on this fantastic resource that will allow many clubs to have dedicated grounds with sufficient space and purpose built grounds to hold State and National Events in a wide range of disciplines. |
